Been with Tiniciti for almost one year. The teachers there really care about their students, they follow a set schedule everyday. Once a week a newsletter is emailed detailing what will be covered in class that week. Our daughter loves it

My son has been attending Tiniciti since January 2023. It was difficult for me to let go but the staff and teachers really helped my son and I in the transition. School is very clean, good meals, camera access and the best staff.
I am SO happy to have my son enrolled in this school. The teachers are like family and treat all the kids like their own. I highly recommend this preschool.

Side note :
Kids will ALWAYS get sick when they start daycare but they will adjust in time and their immunity will become stronger. You need to be patient and give it time. This is NORMAL.

Terrible communication and wouldn't let us leave. Our son got infections and sick multiple times in a row so we had to take him out of daycare. They charge us for an entire extra month and wouldn't give our money back. They are awful at communicating. They even handed us back the WRONG BABY one time and treated it like it wasn't a big deal. Don't suggest using this daycare unless you want to get scammed.

I had my infant at Tiniciti for 6 months until we moved. She absolutely loved it and we were happy she was in a safe, caring, learning environment. We liked the ability to directly communicate with her teachers and the access to classroom cameras. Additionally, it has some of the best hours in Brickell for working parents. We were sad when we moved.

Yo pensé que tardaría muchísimo en adaptarse pero ya a finales de la segunda semana empezó a irse tranquilo a la escuela sin llorar, ahora empezó a compartir, a dar cosas, está más receptivo y actúa más cariñoso. Estoy muy contenta con Tinicity

Lesson learned - I have to trust my Instincts and should have avoided the place, but in need of the daycare we decided to try it. We stopped going there after 3 days. Toddler rooms are inappropriately cold, like you need winter clothes to be there. I never met the teachers, only with a quick wave, and I never saw their bios in the agreement-could it be because they don't have proper education in child development or any related field!? Anyways...one positive thing is that they have cameras for parents, and you'd think teachers will be appropriate, wrong! Although my child wasn't injured (which is a crazy thing to say about a daycare), she would run away every time we get to the school. It is not her first school, she had an awesome daycare that she loved going to in another state. It's a shame that you are charged a full tuition and get no service, no education and no care.

The person at the front desk and a couple of people (not teachers) were nice.

Tinicity preschool is fantastic. We feel safe and are confident that our 9-month old daughter is well taken care of and enjoying her stay there. They have many different activities to stimulate learnimng and adequate development in babies. The facilities are clean and visually attractive. The staff is very friendly. They send us daily updates of the feeds, naps, diaper changes of our baby as well as frequent pictures. They have a flexible schedule and we have even utilized their extra childcare services on weekends. I absolutely recommend it

my daughter was bit by another child (boy) in this school on her first day!!! my child didn't do anything to provoke this..they stated she won a race and the other kid was upset and bit her!! they did not call me and didn't say anything when she was picked up! they did not write an incident report! and they lied to me saying she didnt cry! all of a sudden they don't have the camera footage either! do not i repeat do not send your child here! i do understand kids will be kids and biting may occur what i dont understand or respect is the adults in the school not following proper communication procedure and lying!

Honestly just avoid this daycare. Very unorganized, our daughter is always sick, turn over is ridiculous & always a new teacher every other month. Andy the "Director" is very rude & they don't take accountability for anything just worried about money.


They cut off camera access to the playground when that was included in tuition and our agreement. Take your kids elsewhere!!!!! You'll regret your decision to send kids here. Barely any one speaks English, this place has stressed us out so much, I've missed so many days of work because our child is constantly sick, just AVOID IT!

I tried every possible way to avoid creating this review because I am not the kind of person to leave negative reviews. However, PLEASE DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD HERE. They are only after money and do not care about the well being of children who attend. My daughter attended school here and within the first few days she became extremely sick. On my daughters last day I asked the teacher how was her day because she looked as if she had been crying the teacher replied with no she has not been crying. Which was not true, anyone who has kids will know when their children are upset or have been crying. This was an immediate red flag because either she was not being paid attention to or teacher just did not want me to know she was upset. When I went to pick up my daughters belongings her bottle and wipes were both missing. I was told by Andy and owner I could not receive refund for items or days she did not attend after becoming extremely sick TWICE. Please stay away from this place you will have sick child and missing belongings and lies from teachers.
